WTO agreements cover trade in goods, services as well as intellectual property. The agreements contain the procedure for settling disputes and also have provisions for special treatment to developing countries. The agreements require the governments to make their trade policies transparent by notifying to the WTO office about the laws in force and measures adopted towards trade liberalization.
