For a physical quantity, the measure value is given by,
                                      nu,
where, n is the quantitative part and u is qualitative part.
The dimensional formula deals with u part only.
For example, if dimensional formula of physical quantity is [MaLbTc],
the value of u in SI system is kgambsc

and in cgs system it is gmacmbse.
