What plea does an advocate raise while saying that court buildings are unfriendly to disabled persons?
In order to substantiate his plea, the advocate says that court premises are inaccessible to disabled persons. Court complex are preceded by stair cases and none of them has a ramp. Even elevator facility is also limited. As per report from Hindu, 2 August, 2006, condition of city civil court premises is worse where injured, old, disabled people due to accident have to enter there on shoulders of their relatives/friends.
