The growth of agriculture sector, which employes largest proportion of workforce in two countries, has declined. In industrial sector China has maintained double digit number rate whereas for India growth rate has declines. In the case of service sector, India has been able to raise its rate of growth in the 1990s while China reduced their service sector growth.
