Experience is a great Teacher
There is a reason why people with a lot of experience are called wise. Experience is a great teacher. But this stands conditional to the clause that we learn from our bad experiences. Life is full of experiences. What is imperative is that we learn from our bad experiences and relish the good ones. Our experiences make us wiser with time. When we forbid a child from touching a hot object, it does not understand its implications and goes and touches it. On the other hand, once that child experiences the burning sensation he understands why hot objects must not be touched. Similarly, our life is full of such incidents. All we have to do is, learn from them.
