Energy of a photon is given by, $E_{g} = \frac{hc}{λ}$

Therefore,

$Wavelength, λ = \frac{hc}{E_{g}} = \frac{6.63 \times 10^{- 34} \times 3 \times 10^{8}}{0.73 \times 1.6 \times 10^{- 19}} = 1703 \times 10^{- 9} m = 1703 nm .$
