Solution

Given, $Distance between the plates, d = 3 \times 10^{- 3} m Area of plates, A = 6 \times 10^{- 3} m^{2}$
$∴ Capacitance, C = \frac{ε_{0} A}{d} = \frac{8.854 \times 10^{- 12} \times 6 \times 10^{- 3}}{3 \times 10^{- 3}} = 18 \times 10^{- 12} F = 18 pF$
Here,
$Capacitor is connected to a voltage, V = 100 V$
$∴ C harge on each place of the capacitor, q = CV = 18 \times 10^{- 12} \times 100 = 1.8 \times 10^{- 9} C$
