r ∝ n²

$\Rightarrow \frac{r_{1}}{r_{2}} = {(\frac{n_{1}}{n_{2}})}^{2} \Rightarrow \frac{r_{1}}{r_{2}} = {(\frac{1}{2})}^{2} \Rightarrow \frac{r}{r_{2}} = \frac{1}{4} \Rightarrow r_{2} = 4 r$
