10 / 3 Ω

$\frac{2}{3} = \frac{4}{6}$

∴ Given circuit is a balanced Wheatstone's Bridge. So, 10Ω resistance of upper arms will be ineffective. Equivalent resistance of upper arms

R₁ = 2+3 =5Ω

∴ The equivalent resistance of lower arms

R₂ = 4+6 = 10Ω

$R_{AB} = \frac{R_{1} R_{2}}{R_{1} + R_{2}} = \frac{5 \times 10}{5 + 10} = \frac{50}{10} R_{AB} = \frac{10}{3} Ω$
