Earth rotates about its own axis in 24 h.

So, T =24 x 60 x 60 s

So, angular speed of earth about its own axis

$ω = \frac{2 π}{T} ω = \frac{2 π}{24 \times 60 \times 60} rad / s$

$At equator g' = g - R_{e} ω'^{2}$

$0 = g - R_{e} ω'^{2} \Rightarrow ω' = \sqrt{\frac{g}{R_{e}}} = \frac{2 π}{84.6 \times 60} ∴ \frac{ω'}{ω} = \frac{24 \times 60 \times 60}{84.6 \times 60}$

≈ 17

ω' = 17ω

So, value of x is 17.
