$y^{2} = 6 x m_{1} = - [\frac{- 6}{2 y}] = \frac{3}{y} = 9 x^{2} + b y^{2} = 16 m_{2} = - [\frac{18 x}{2 b y}] m_{1} m_{2} = - 1 (\frac{3}{y}) . (\frac{- 18 y}{2 b y}) = - 1 \frac{27 x}{b y^{2}} = 1 (∵ \frac{y^{2}}{x} = 6) \frac{27}{b} x \frac{1}{6} = 1 \Rightarrow b = \frac{27}{6} \Rightarrow b = \frac{9}{2}$
