From the definition of equality of matrices, we have,
x = 3    ...(1)
3 .x – y = 2    .... (2)
2 .x + z =4    ...(3)
3y – W'=7    ...(4)
From (1) and (2), 9- y = 2 ;⇒ y= 7
From (1) and (3), b + z=4 ;⇒ z = –2
From (4),    21 –w = 7 ⇒ w= = 14
∴ x = 3. y = 7,z = -2, w= 14
