The sample space is 
If a head H appears, then a die is rolled.
The outcomes are {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6}
If a tail T appears on the coin, there is no further action.
∴ The combined sample space is S = {T, H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, H6}
