$AP ⊥ PB (Given) CA ⊥ AP, CB ⊥ BP (Since radius is perpendicular to tangent) AC = CB = radius of the circle$
Therefore, APBC is a square having side equal to 4 cm.
Therefore, length of each tangent is 4 cm.
