Once the kingdom of the Maharara came under the danger of being lost his kingdom since the British officer demanded to hunt a tiger. The Maharaja refused the permission and had the fear of losing his kingdom. He sent for the samples of expensive diamand rings from jeweller in Calcutta. He sent 50 rings as a gift for the good lady of the British officer. He expected her to choose one or two rings but the lady kept all of them. The Maharaja had to pay Rs. three lacs but he was happy for not losing his throne.
