Hafeez contractor had nightmares that he knew nothing about appearing in for a Maths exam.

The Principal said he had been watching him from day one to Hafeez Contractor. He was a nice student, but he never studied. He was told by the principal how his mom worked hard to bring him up despite the death of his father. The Principal said he was supposed to behave as a responsible adult.

Hafeez was a fine sportsman who was actively involved in every sport. But he concentrated on his research after the lecture of the principal and did not step out for sports.

Hafeez always tried to make some funny pranks. One day he was playing ' Chor-Sipahi ' for one hour with colleagues distracting everyone from the research.

Hafeez did not join the police force because instead of entering the police force, his mom wished him to graduate.

Hafeez came to the office of an architect to study French. One day he saw someone drawing a window detail in the architect's office and he told him his drawing was incorrect and then he had drawn a perfect window drawing.
Hafeez had a natural architectural skill. The husband(Architect) of his cousin was requested to sketch some particular stuff, Hafeez instantly drew them. He once again asked Hafeez, and he did, to design a house. After that, he was recommended by Architect to leave all and join architecture.

Mrs. Gupta saw his drawings in school days and told him when he grew up to be an architect.

Hafeez contractor was very good at drawing drawings but not good at research. She saw his drawing and believed nothing but sketching was great for him, so she recommended him to become an architect.

He would come to his fellow student who had lost a button. By sculpting chalks, Hafeez created a button. And it looked genuine to the button. The student would therefore get a complete nice uniform after lunch.

Hafeez broke a lot of school rules. During examination, he used to copy in school. Playing on ohters employment and pranks. He'd have gang struggles and strategies to plan.

He has described mathematics as working together design, construction, psychology and sociology and creating a sketch of all that.

I want to describe math as the father of all subjects. Math participation exists in every topic. Mathematics governs this universe's existence, from the electron to the sun.

Exams are not intelligence testing. The outcome of the exam only shows how much a student understands about the facts and numbers, equations and other data in textbooks or course books. Some learners are better than others to remember these facts and numbers and formulas. They get better marks even though in real-life situations they don't know the implementation of these formulas. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses of their own. Some learners understand and even go beyond ideas. Some learners are great at one thing but hopelessly bad at another. Everyone has their own individual skills that may or may not be noticeable in the scholarly report. The contractor from Hafeez was not great at studying. He ahs the building talent, though, and is now one of the leading architects. Thay is why students should be encouraged to exhibit and work on their skills. They are not supposed to be called failures.

In my view, one who is a critical learner is an uncommon learner. An uncommon learner is one who accepts stuff and admits that there are many things to learn.

Schools should provide possibilities for student talent to be expressed. Schools should organize programs that involve students and demonstrate their internal skills. Schools should offer students a little bit of liberty. According to their capacity, schools should reward each student. These things are motivating the student to do great things.
